New Preprint — strainedSMILES2xyz!
Our newest preprint is out! in this work we present strainedSMILES2xyz, a workflow for generating 3D structures of strained molecules from their SMILES representation. Check out the preprint on ChemRxiv.
New Bachelor Student — Welcome Paul!
We are happy to welcome Paul to the svatunek-lab as our new Bachelor student. He will be working on selectivity in bioorthogonal click reactions, contributing to our ongoing research in reactivity and mechanism.
